• At least 2 years graduated from University or College.
• Having at least 2 years experience in Cosmetics & Pharma (Sales & Marketing).
• Having good communication with Pharma Manufacturers and Cosmetics’ Distributors/Beauty Saloon;
• Being capable to work independently & under high pressure; being responsible for all concerned given job.
• Good communication in English (listening/ speaking/ writing) is priority.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Communicating/Co-ordinating strongly/closely with Pharma manufacturers in VN/overseas colleagues in Nigeria, Myanmar for all regulatory dossiers in Vietnam/Nigeria/Myanmar.
• Following up all current pharma products; MOH registration dossiers and developing new products.
• Updating Pharma’s MA Status, MOH Registration Status, Trademark Registration Status, etc… monthly.
• Having good/strong/close relationship with all Pharma manufacturers/buyers in Vietnam.
• Selling all Pharma finished products which had Visa in VN; Preparing all the buying contracts with Manufacturers in VN; Following all the shipments’ schedule….
• Buying/Co-ordinating with Pharma manufacturers in VN getting their price offers as per requested from overseas colleagues.
• For Cosmetics :

+ Having good experience and wide relationships and good communication with  distributors in Cosmetics, Beauty Saloon…

+ Doing all the Marketing /Sales of cosmetics; 

• Other given jobs from Managing Director and should be accomplished at the earliest.
• Reporting directly to Managing Director daily all jobs done during the working day; and your working plan for the coming days.
