• 5+ years of experience a similar role
• Retail experience is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English

• Working hour: 08:30-18:00, Mondays to Fridays

This role will be responsible for all activities/strategies of Marketing function. Moreover, to maximize efficiency, this role has to track, analyze and evaluate all the results and processes of Marketing Team.

Team Lead

• ­Provide appropriate goals, directions and guidelines for Marketing functions to align with Company‘s business goals.
• Set up internal process and flow to create an appropriate environment for team to deliver the best result.
• Mentor/coach team members for long-term development with a flexible leadership manner.

Trade

• Manage promotion plan and budget.
• Develop and manage membership community.
• Manage partnership portfolio including in-store services partners, payment services,...
• Plan and execute for store activation including new store and store renovation
• Manage POSM design and production.

Brand

• Build digital plan and manage all social media of company (Web, Email, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Young Marketer...)
• Build plan and manage Company Website.
• Build user acquisition and retention plan based on customer insights
• Build communication campaign and manage media network
• Manage company brand identity.
