- Design and create promotional online materials in accordance with the guidelines provided by the HQ CX team.

- Support marketing initiatives by developing engaging designs for various programs and campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design aligns with our brand and messaging.

- Maintain and update web content to ensure IT remains current and relevant.

- Assist in other design-related tasks as needed.
