1. Inventory and Equipment Administration

• Execute periodic inventory audits of the vehicle fleet, stock, and warehouse materials.

• Maintain stringent quantitative control and conduct rigorous quality assessments of vehicles and operational equipment prior to their deployment in tours.

2. Maintenance and Repair Coordination

• Strategize, delegate, and oversee the daily operational progress of the technical personnel (including mechanics and painters).

• Administer the inbound and outbound logistics of spare parts and repair accessories, ensuring seamless coordination with the warehouse to facilitate uninterrupted maintenance schedules.

• Perform final inspections and quality control (QC) evaluations on vehicles post-maintenance or repair, guaranteeing full compliance with safety and technical specifications prior to their release from the workshop.

3. Operational and Administrative Support

• Collaborate in facilitating evening tour operations, with a primary focus on the logistical arrangement and cross-verification of vehicles and requisite equipment.

• Assist in departmental human resources recruitment initiatives as operational demands dictate.
