Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Content Writer or similar
role, preferably in the financial industry.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for
detail.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in a
user-friendly manner.
Strong research skills to gather information from reliable
sources and ensure content accuracy.
Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability
to create content that enhances the overall user journey.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work
effectively with cross functional teams.
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
under time constraints.
Knowledge of financial products, services, and privileges is
preferred.
Portfolio or writing samples showcasing your ability to
create engaging and informative content.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Timo is seeking a talented and experienced freelance Product Content Writer to join our team and contribute to the development of the privileges section of our app & financial blogs on our website. As a Product Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that showcases the various privileges, product education content and benefits available to our app users. Your writing will play a critical role in attracting and retaining users, enhancing their overall experience, and driving user engagement.
Responsibilies
Collaborate with the product marketing team to understand the privileges, products (finance & tech) and benefits offered by our financial app & partners.
Research and gather information on each privilege, including its features, eligibility criteria, and associated terms and conditions.
Craft compelling and user-friendly content that effectively communicates the value and advantages of each privilege.
Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that aligns with the brand voice and tone.
Ensure all content is accurate, up to date, and compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate the content seamlessly into the app’s user interface.
Conduct regular audits and updates of the privileges section to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in financial services to continuously improve the quality of content.
