·      Candidate must be pursuing a College Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related field with strong academic record 

Exposure to the Helpdesk Ticketing System (Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management…) is preferred.

·       Have good working knowledge of Windows/OS X/Linux operating systems.

·       Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills along with good verbal and written skills.

·       Strong customer service skills.

·       Able to quickly adapt to fast changing priorities and deadlines.

·       Able to work with minimum supervision.

·       Provide excellent customer service for on-site and remote users.

·       Learn and work with applications such as Mobile Application Management, Endpoint Protection and Response and Identity Access Management tools.  

·       Assist in user account management including password resets and access permissions.

·       Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complicated issues if necessary.

·       Create and maintain documentation for Helpdesk Support staff to improve issue resolution.

·       You will troubleshoot issues on various Operating systems. Windows, MacOS, Linux.

·       Assist with managing various tools such as Microsoft (Office 365, Azure, Intune, Windows 10, Office), Apple (Mac OS), Antivirus/Malware, Encryption.

·       Provide on-site support for conference meetings utilizing MS Teams and Zoom Rooms.

·       Assist in maintaining an inventory of IT equipment.
