What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

1–2 years of experience in customer service or related roles — experience in industrial real estate is a plus.

Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken); English proficiency is highly desirable.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong customer service mindset, professional and approachable.

Patient, empathetic, and able to handle pressure calmly.

A team player with proactive problem-solving skills.

Chinese Customer Service Executive

Department: Customer Service

Location: Phu An Thanh, Long An Province & KCN Head Office

Reporting to: Services Director

You’re a clear communicator who loves helping customers and keeping things on track behind the scenes. You’re patient, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems quietly and efficiently. You speak fluent Chinese and can navigate documentation and coordination with ease. What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Care & Compliance Support (50%)

Assist tenants and clients in obtaining licenses, permits, and approvals (environmental, firefighting, fit-out) by collaborating with the Licensing Team.

Coordinate with Facilities Management to track project timelines and document requirements.

Keep accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups on customer requests.

Guide customers on document submissions and regulatory procedures.

Customer Service & Coordination (30%)

Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Help conduct customer surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Prepare reports on customer feedback, service metrics, and compliance status.

Liaise with Legal, Finance, FM, and other teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Administrative Support (20%)

Manage documentation and maintain up-to-date records related to customer service activities.

Assist with other duties assigned by your manager to keep operations running smoothly.
