Summary

This non-exempt position is responsible for interfacing with company staff, end-users, and other computer professionals to understand job requirements, and then work with the development team to design, develop, and implement efficient solutions; perform related work as required.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

·        Review Feature Requests of Existing Application

-              Complete feature requests within a week or meet deadline as required for certain urgent features requested by Application Manager

-              Test formula or bugs before deploying for use

-              Communicate and Coordinate with Application Manager and Users

-              Ability to present variety of solutions for the requested features

·        Write programming languages such as C#

·        Work with Microsoft SQL Server

·        Set up IIS for hosting web-based application

·        Other tasks:

o   Ensure data are imported from AC to applications smoothly everyday

o   Monitor replication status & resolve conflicts if any

o   Analyze errors encountered by users to troubleshoot

o   Investigate issues reported by users

o   Complete tasks by Scheduled Due Dates
