- Be able to use English, TOEIC 550 or above (Reading, writing, speaking, and understanding). English is a must.
- Basic Math & Computer skills required.

-       Know how to read, analyze and understand all details, notes & information relating to landscape construction field that is provided in drawing & specification before performing measure (takeoff) and estimating for an assigned project.

-        Meet deadline is required.
