Graduated with Bachelor or
Masters degree with Economics/ Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Administration or
other relevant majors, and less than 2 years of work experience
Minimum GPA from 3.0 or

WHAT WILL YOU DO -
RESPONSIBILITIES
To develop a deep understanding
of our business, you will be immersed into functional areas of Marketing &
Operations during 3 assignments in over the 2-year program.
Portfolio, Brand & Trade Strategy:
Support analysis, planning and implementation of portfolio/ brand activities to
drive brand equity building and deliver business objectives
Consumer & Trade Marketing:
Support development and tracking of consumer & trade programs and work with
functional lead to plan and drive consumer-centricity trainings for the
organization
Strategic Insights & Business
Intelligence: Support development of consumer/trade researches and perform ad
hoc analysis about pricing, products, programs, etc.
Operations (Modern Trade):
Support in the management of the JTI key business partners, relationship
building and deliver company KPI objectives; develop commercial strategies and
action plan per key business partners.
Operations Business Development (General Trade): Support in growing the business by identifying and developing appropriate operations leads and training programmes to the Field force and will also be exposed in projects related to Route to market (RTM).
