- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Communications field

- 2 - 3 years experience in PR/Event and Marketing functions

- Creative – Innovation - Active - Proactive

- Having knowledge about digital marketing and wide relationship with Vietnamese media

- Able to make social plan, manage and do the campaign for clients

- Fluent in both spoken & written English

- Ability to work under high pressure

- Good command of presentation.

- Prepare press releases, promptly create & execute the PR for event and campaign to ensure effective PR exposure

- Be responsible for marketing the company’s services including career fairs, web seminars, info sessions, custom hiring events for both employers and jobseekers

- Create and manage marketing activities and events including company’s events and providing support to press trip organization and special events

- Manage relations with Vietnamese media contacts

- Cooperate to plan and execute the internal PR to build up a friendly and cooperative corporate culture.

- Plan and execute online marketing as well as promotion campaigns requested in order to enhance brand awareness and generate leads for company.

- Initiate PR/Advertising activities such as holding PR/Marketing events, brochures, campaigns in order to enhance the image, reputation and public attraction.

- Collect marketing information through local and international press to write a synthesis with regular updates

- Prepare presentations for meetings with customers, undertake for e-newsletter and updating information for company’s websites

- Coordinate with Digital Marketing to build up and develop contents on communication and social media

- Coordinate with Website Product Management to create the product contents

- Other PR/Marketing activities assigned by Sr. Marketing Manager
