Mô tả công việc

To maintain the leading position in the retail segment as well as to keep the market share, VPBank is one of the few financial institutions that invested in a highly automated loan approval process ecosystems combined with the most advanced Fintech data technology platform. This process system is built, designed, upgraded and improved continuously by the Risk Management Division. Therefore, the process of digitizing and automating changes in product policies, credit risk assessment and management to match the needs of the market, which is a competitive factor among credit institutions in the long term especially for service quality and profitability, being deployed with an extremely fast time with top quality. This position aim to design algorithms to implement many options/solutions for digitizing/automating from appraisal processes to risk management based on this ecosystem, thereby increase the efficiency & stability of the system over time. Help VPBank create values in reducing operating & appraisal costs, increasing product portfolio profits, reducing processing time as well as increasing productivity of BUs in those two strategic areas, which are consumer finance & household business finance
Analyze, clarify all business requirements from related BUs in order to request IT and vendor to develop processes, functionalities on LOS.
Implement and control all algorithm configurations of auto approval workflow on LOS
Analyze and transform all policies from product & risk management into algorithm on system.
Inspect all external integration data quality (core banking, credit bureau, API services…)
Follow up all issues, create test cases in order to test system and coordinate testing activity
Preprare daily/weekly reports in order to check LOS’ performance (Improve automated quality reports & charts follow)
In charge of all BRDs related to data and data warehouse
In charge of not only retail risk perspective, but also whole bank risk (if any) in assigned projects
