1. Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate from university in related fields – Business Management, Economics, Analytics
• Other financial management/ risk management/ analytical course certificate is a plus

2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• 1yr+ experienced in Banking Financial industry - Preliminary knowledge about banking-finance especially Credit Card & Unsecured lending products
• Experienced in Project Management/ Business Strategy Management/ Business Consultancy is an advantage
• Fresh Graduates with strong capability can also be considered

• Proficient in making reports with MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Familiar with SQL/ other analytical tools is a plus
• Data analysis and ability to draw out actions out of numbers

• Able to understand broad/ high-level action concept & think strategically
• Strong communication skill (bilingual VNE & ENG - both in writing and speaking)

• Project management: Sketching out detailed project work plan, managing the project timeline and preparing needful documents to launch the project (including but not limited to initial analysis, workflow, proposal & report)
• Project implementation: Coordinating with related cross-functional departments to implement the initiatives
• Deliverables tracking: Tracking and reporting on the project outcome & suggestion for improvements
