- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant industries
- Good communication and presentation in English
- Minimum 3 years experience in an equivalent position, experienced in consulting in enterprise software solutions, and or knowledge of human resources is preferable
- Work under pressure/individual or teamwork
- Required skills: planning, customer relationships, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation and management
- Comfortable interacting with high levels of management (GM, Director, BOD…)

- Establish proposals professionally and meet customer requirements
- Contact/ meet customers, uncover their needs, and deliver the best solutions that help customers solve recruitment needs (individual or BOD)
- Maintaining the existing customers and building new customer relationships
- Follow up and monitor the plans to ensure the commitments to customers
- Be representative to contact customers for due payments
- Be representative to receiving customer's complaints about service quality and promptly proposing problem-solving to customers
- Propose the improvements of assigned services or products
- Implement other assignments by the Director (if any)
- Report to Business Development Director/ Solution Manager (if any)
