- College or higher degree.
- At least 3 year of work experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development, and or knowledge of human resources is preferable
- Good command of presentation, communication, negotiation, selling skills.
- Can-do attitude.
- Able to work under pressure/tight timeframes.
- Hard working, careful and detail - oriented
- Ability to work individually or in team.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Able to communication in English is a plus.

- Liaise with and meet up customers, uncover the needs, deliver the best solutions that helps customers solve recruitment needs by the lead assignment.
- Build and maintain the strong relationship with existing customers and increase the quality of assigned customer leads.
- Implement sales plan and achieve sales targets and is transparent to share ideas to help the team improve performance.
- Deliver customer care and post-sales services.
- Follow up with supports to ensure the effectiveness of delivered services.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
- Report to Group Account Manager.
