- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or relevant industries
- Good communication and presentation in English
- Minimum 5 years experience in equivalent position, experience in consulting in enterprise software solutions, recruitment solutions, or knowledge of human resources is preferable
- Work under pressure; individual or team work
- Required skills: planning, customer relationships, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation and management
- Comfortable interacting with high levels of management (CEO, Director, Board of Director, etc.)

- Be representative to receive customers complaints about service quality and promptly propose problem-solving to customers
- Proactive and propose improvements to the assigned services or products
- Implement other assignments by direct leader
- Report to Business Development Manager or Solution Manager (if any)
