• At least 2 years experience in banking, 1 of them in risk analysis or MIS
• Strong analytical, predictive modeling and data mining skills
• Knowledge of retail risk metrics and MIS standards
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel user, preferably SAS EM user
• Good communication skills, fluent English

To support Retail Risk policy makers with quantitative analysis of portfolio performance, design and implement risk assessment tools for credit operations:

• Provide analytical and MIS support for various retail credit policy and retail product decisions
• Assist in establishing, monitoring, evaluating, developing and implementing strategies for new account acquisition, collection, portfolio management
• Conduct retail risk related analytical researches on regular basis or on demand
• Validate and implement credit scoring models for acquisition, collection, CRM campaigns
