4. Relevant Experience: Have 5-7 year practical experience in card Product development

1. New product development

• Research market and customer demand to suggest new card product
• Make timeline and deliverables of new product/ plans/ assignments/ tasks
• Coordinate with IT to describe product requirement for system/ tool development/ fixing/ enhancement
• Coordinate with Legal/Process Management to issue regulation and process for credit and debit cards product
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop, launch and manage event/campaign for credit and debit cards product
• Update the Department Head on progress/ status of assigned tasks. Report timely any arising issues 
• Maintain the smoothness of the flow of information between departments/units to get timely updated on operations, avoid duplicated and optimize resources of the division

2. New card programs development

• Research market and customer demand to suggest card acquisition program for credit and debit cards product
• Make timeline and deliverables of new credit and debit card program
• Coordinate with relevant departments/units to launch new credit and debit card programs

3. Relationship building

• Research, establish and maintain close relationship with big, potential partners to establish/ obtain effective co-brand product exploiting
• Establish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties such as other departments, divisions, business units, vendors in order to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables
