- Bachelor degree or equivalent education is required.

- 3+ years business development experience in Services industry. Experiences working in  Job board or Recruiting services company is an advantage.

- Good and aggressive client service skills to develop business with corporate clients.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with clients at high level.

- Good at using office software such as MS Excel, Word, Power-point.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to communicate in English.

- Good command of presentation.
